How to download products.

Once your order is placed with Sweet Annie Herbs you will be sent a Confirmation email. This email confirms your order.  Once Sweet Annie Herbs processes and confirms your order, there will be a second email sent to you with a link to directly download your product. Your product may download as a standard zip file which you will need to extract.

If you need us to resend this email we can. Please contact us.

Download your product up to three times. Five days after the first download downloads become disabled.

After placing your order, and your order has been processed and confirmed by Sweet Annie Herbs, you may also download your products by doing the following:

1. Go to http://sweetannie.com
2. Login at the Online Shop Login module.
3. Click on Account Maintenance. Once you have logged in, Account Maintenance will show as a link on the Login module where you just logged in at.
4. Once in Account Maintenance, Select View Orders.
5. At the bottom of the order look for:   A New Attitude.zip link with download arrow - click the link to download.
