Sweet Annie January 2009 Newsletter

The Holidays have passed and we are all looking ahead. We are hoping that all of you will experience a new beginning and a healthy New Year. Most of us have experienced financial stress and some fear about the future. Take heart that things will level out and you will find many things to smile about. There are so many good things in life and that doesnt cost a thing. This will sound so silly, but every time you pass a mirror or a window and see your reflection, SMILE!

You look younger, feel more positive and improve your outlook. It is what we refer to as faking it until you make it.

We are pretending that it is Spring, so we are organizing our office and starting our spring cleaning. Mixing teas is a dirty business. You should see me after I mix; Im a mess. Today I mixed Blueberry Plus. We have it in capsules and in tea form. When I first formulated this tea, I had very high blood pressure. It was exciting to make my own medicine. It is even more exciting when I hear from you that our products are working for you. I still use Blueberry Plus for my blood pressure. In addition I use CHL for healthy cholesterol and blood pressure.

The problem economy we are experiencing makes me really look at what is important in my life.

You are probably doing the same. This isnt just a sales pitch, but you health should be close to the top of that list. Sometimes, we think we have so many health problems that we don\'t know where to begin. Start with the stress in your life. The National Institutes of Health reported some years ago that stress is responsible for 80% of all illness we experience. If not the cause of an illness, it surely makes it worse!

With this in mind, lets work on stress. Take your bee pollen, your B complex, vitamin C and something like our Immune Support. Do some deep breathing, walking, yoga, journaling and even set aside some time to worry. Worry time should not be more than 30 minutes. I can almost hear you saying right! You could try some L5HTP for depression and stress. It is the precursor to L-Tryptophan. This amino acid is good of anxiety and the brain uses it to produce serotonin. Pick the help that appeals to you. I like to pretend I\'m Scarlet O\'Hara and say, tomorrow is another day. I do take my bee pollen and much more to support my health.
